Was dich erwartet:
60 min auf deiner Matte, inkl. Bewegung, Atmung und Meditation, die dir Fitness, körperliches Wohlbefinden und Entspannung sowie geistige Klarheit und Ausgeglichenheit schenken.
Sophia leitet dich durch eine Yogapraxis mit fließenden und dynamischen Elementen, genauso wie statischen und kraftvollen Posen. Während des Flows führt sie dich auf die Reise zu dir selbst.
Zu Sophia Schlederer:
Sophia ist passionierte Yogalehrerin, Wirtschaftspsychologin und Rad-Enthusiastin.
Sie ist in Starnberg aufgewachsen und lebt seit 2015 in München. 2019 absolviert Sophia eine 200h Yogalehrer-Ausbildung in Indien und unterrichtet seitdem mit sehr viel Leidenschaft und Freude an den verschiedensten Locations in und um München. Ihre Yogastunden gestaltet sie mit viel Herzlichkeit, Humor und Power. 2021 radlt Sophia für ein soziales Projekt 10.000 km durch 10 Länder. Seither hat sie es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, Yoga als Ausgleich zum Sport auch unter die Radfahrer zu bringen.
