"Fast & Female" ist eine Ausfahrt mit dem Fokus auf gemeinsames angenehmes Gruppenfahren. Die Strecken werden zwischen 40 und 65 km lang und das Tempo wird sich an den Teilnehmenden orientieren. Die Route wird spätestens am Mittwoch vor der Ausfahrt gepostet --> bitte anschauen & auf den Computer laden.

Die vier wichtigsten Regeln der Ausfahrten:
1. Den Anweisungen des Guides ist folge zu leisten.
2. Einer der Guides fährt in der ersten Reihe und wird nicht überholt.
3. Wir fahren (soweit möglich) in Zweierreihe. Besonders in Abfahrten wird die Position in der Zweierreihe gehalten.
4. Es wird auf jeden gewartet (kein Rennen)

Bei der Ausfahrt steht das Socializing im Vordergrund.
- Am wichtigsten ist, dass alle gesund zurückkommen
- Am zweitwichtigsten: alle sollen Spaß haben
Allgemeines:
• Treffpunkt ist 17.50 Uhr am Johannistor
• Zeichen geben UND akustische Signale
• Immer an die Anderen in der Gruppe denken und im Kopf haben, dass sie im Zweifel weniger Erfahrung haben
• Wer sich von der Gruppe trennen möchte, gibt dem:der Guide Bescheid
• Helmpflicht
• Technisch intaktes Fahrrad (mit Rennlenker)
• Teilnahme geschieht auf eigene Gefahr (es besteht kein gesonderter Versicherungsschutz)

This ride focuses on a relaxed and enjoyable group cycling experience. Routes will range from 40 to 65 km, with the pace adjusted to the participants. The route will be posted by Wednesday before the ride—please check it and load it onto your computer.

The Four Most Important Rules:
1. Follow the instructions of the guide.
2. One of the guides will ride at the front and must not be overtaken.
3. We ride in pairs whenever possible. Especially on descents, maintain your position in the two-abreast formation.
4. No one gets left behind—this is not a race.

• The most important thing: everyone gets back safely.
• The second most important thing: everyone has fun.

• Meeting point: 17:50 at Johannistor.
• Use both hand signals and verbal warnings.
• Always be mindful of others in the group—some may have less experience.
• If you wish to leave the group, inform the guide.
• Helmets are mandatory.
• Your bike must be in good working order and have drop handlebars.
• Participation is at your own risk (there is no special insurance coverage).
